Data and purposes
We process the information included in an email enquiry to answer it. RecruitCRM manages the professional information required for jobs and selection processes. The website uses Google Analytics only with consent to measure usage; it does not use behavioural advertising.
Legal basis
Enquiries are handled at your request and, where appropriate, under our legitimate interest in replying. Candidate data is processed with the consent provided in RecruitCRM and to manage requested selection processes. Measurement through Google Analytics relies exclusively on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Recipients and providers
We do not sell data. Candidate data may be shared with client companies when required to assess a profile in a process. RecruitCRM is the external management platform. Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics as a data processor. Google and its subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area; transfers rely, as applicable, on adequacy decisions -including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework- and European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses. Other technical providers process data only to deliver their services.
Retention
Enquiries are retained as long as necessary to answer them and meet legal duties. Candidate data is retained until deletion is requested and is then blocked for the applicable statutory periods.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, or withdraw consent, by writing to rgpd@adqualis.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
Security and changes
We apply proportionate technical and organisational security measures. We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change; the current version is the one published here.
